here i am going to give some usefull installation information of JavaCaps suite.
Java CAPS Installaion Process
After Acquisition of SeeBeyond by Sun MicroSystems this tool called as JavaCAPS( Java Composite Application Platform Suite ).The first release after acquisition is JavaCaps 5.1.0.Before aquisition this tool called as e*Gate and ICAN( Integrated Composite Application Network Suite v5.0 ).Minimum requirements for Installing and Running
on windows platform.

3. EnterpriseDesigner---1.2Ghz----768MB-----250MB.

Installation process as follows
Steps :-
1. Install Repository.
2. Start Repository.
3. Upload eGate,logicalhost,eways and eManager through web
browser.( upload javacaps component's ).
4. Download eDesigner,logicalhost,eManager from repository
browser and install in to the system.
now here Installation process in graphically ...
1. Install Repositoy .
Go to Repository Drive.1. Install Repositoy .
browse Install.bat file
Run the Install.bat file ( then it will displays one wizard follow the wizard )
Accept the license agreement.
Browse the installation directory where JavaCaps to be installed.
Give u r Repository Name Or accept the default
and normally repository runs on default port no is 12000 to 12009
tick the check box so that it will launches the Repository Service Manager.
After wizard complete is displayed click Next.
Then click finish.
After finishing the wizard launches the Repository Service Manager ( where we can start the server and stop the server ).
Then click Start Server -- it will starts the Repository server on 12000 port.
Open browser typ URL as http://localhost:12000/ enter.
then it will open the repository GUI(web based GUI) , here u can upload Components to repository and download from repository is done .
After getting LOGIN page typw UserName as - Administrator .. and Password as - STC (all are in Caps letter's ).
after user authentication first it prompts" welcome to the Java Composite Application Suite Installer",
first Upload eGate.sar file to repository.
Browse the "eGate.sar" file and say "SUBMIT".
after finishing eGate.sar file uploading , then it will promts Upload list there u have to select various products you want. here you can select at a time here. like... various eWays ,eManager,eInsight,eTL and localhost like ...
Select the various products here...
After finishing products uploading prompts like this..
EnterpriseDesigner Installation.
Steps :-
1. Open browser and type http://localhost:12000/
2. Select Download tab and select eDesinger.
3. Save to local drive.
4. Extract eDesigner zip file.
5. Open eDesigner folder.
6. Find runed Batch file and execute them.
7. It takes you to install EnterpriseDesigner GUI.

7. It takes you to install EnterpriseDesigner GUI.
Here after finishing uploading products into Repository .
Goto Download tab Select "eDesigner" and save it to the local drive.
Extract the eDesigner zip file .
Goto bin folder there find " runed.bat" .
execute the runed.bat file .
Execute the runed.bat file.
After executing the runed.bat file it will opens the eDesiner GUI.
here Goto Tools and select Update Centre.
Here u select Check for Available updates.
Click Next.
Here u will find Available Updates and include in install.
Click right arrow for installation .
After clicking right arrow click Next.
Accept the license agreement, say Accept.
After finishing installtion say Next.
here you will find Installed Modules and its versions/certificates.
say finish.
here select Restart IDE, for all updation will be safely updated.
Enterprise Designer Login Page...
Login Id as : Administrator
password : STC ( all in capital )
and say login.
here is the Enterprise Designer GUI.
this is the eDesigner GUI we can design and deploy interfaces.
Logicalhost domain creation
steps:
1. Open browser and type http://localhost:12000/
2. Select Download tab and select Logical host.
3. Save to local drive.
4. Extract logicalhost zip file.
5. Open logicalhost folder.
6. Find Createdomain Batch file and execute them.
7. It creats two file called Start_domain1 and Stop_domain1 files.
